I designed the poster artwork for The Hold, a short documentary following free-diving world champion Alice Hickson through her record-breaking breath hold and the psychological journey behind the feat. Working closely with the director, I developed a visual identity that captured the film’s themes of endurance, focus, and the tension between physical limitation and human potential. The design translated the immersive, underwater world of the film into a striking cinematic poster that reflects both the quiet intensity and emotional depth of Alice’s story.
